TRE' (Government name unrevealed) is the spiteful, misled brother of Detective Boogaloo. In 1984, after witnessing his brother have a violent reaction to radiation exposure and falling into a coma, found himself in possession of a piece of cardboard that granted him the super ability to control cold and ice. With this item, he sold his cronies the opportunity to gain powers too - though not everyone survived. With his army of hip-hop thugs, TRE' created a chilling rap persona that found him on top of music industry, and the untouchable king of BLING CITY. Almost unstoppable, a figure from his past re-appeared to stop the madness - his brother.

MOCHACHINO (Government name unrevealed) is the hero-worshipping cousin of BOOGALOO, who arrived in BLING CITY to help head up the search for him when he went missing and the city fell under seige by Superpowered Rappers. Dressing in a classic 'Old School' style, MOCHACHINO emulates his cousin, but favors more of the flashy jewelry that became part of the culture, most notably his Gold Nameplate That Says I Wish You Would. MOCHACHINO has his hands registered as 'Nice', and will defend BOOGALOO at any costs, but more often just gets in the way. |

FRANCIS E. CARROLTON was assigned to BOOGALOO when he was in a coma for 11 years, monitoring his levels and tracking the unexplained reactions that his body were making. After he woke from his state, CARROLTON took it upon himself to acclimate BOOGALOO to a 'new-world', complete with technology and a culture that was foreign to him. After researching that BOOGALOO'S brother ICE TRE' and his cronies were walking mutations, he left the healthcare industry to study and bring in these people who were possibly, ticking timebombs. He was hired by the BCPD and helped BOOGALOO form the ICU. |
